Your privacy, in plain language.

When you place an order or request a quote, we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, and city. If you pay by bank transfer, we also collect the payment proof screenshot you upload so we can confirm your payment.

We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to process your order, ship your equipment, or respond to your enquiry.

Your order and quote information is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database and file storage provider. Payment proof uploads are kept in a private storage bucket that only our team can access — they are never publicly viewable.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, verify bank transfer payments, respond to service and quote requests, and contact you about your order if needed. That's it — we don't use your order details for anything beyond running your transaction and supporting you afterward.

We use Meta's (Facebook and Instagram) publishing APIs to post marketing content — product announcements, service updates, and similar posts — that our team writes and approves ourselves.

We do not use Meta's APIs to access, collect, or store any personal data about visitors to our Facebook or Instagram pages. Our use of these APIs is limited to publishing our own content; it has no connection to the order and quote data described above.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, ever. Your data is only shared with the service providers that help us operate — such as Supabase for storage — strictly to the extent needed to run our store and fulfill your order.
